4. Quiet Hours: Observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am.
5. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless agreed upon in advance.
6. Events/Parties: No parties/events without prior approval.
7. Safety: Don't tamper with the noise monitor, smoke detectors, or any safety equipment.
8. Furniture & Appliances: Don't rearrange furniture. Turn off appliances when not in use.
9. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness. Clean dishes and dispose of trash in designated bins.
10. Respect Neighbors: Avoid loud noises and don't trespass on neighboring properties.
11. Parking: Use designated spaces. Don't block driveways or use reserved spots.
12. Amenities: If using shared amenities (like a pool or gym), follow community rules.
13. Security: Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
14. Damage: Report damages or malfunctions. You may be responsible for unreported damages.
15. Trash: Don't leave trash outside the door. Use designated bins or chutes.
16. Personal Items: Take all personal items upon check-out. We're not responsible for items left behind.
17. Communication: Contact us with any questions or concerns. Guests are required to promptly report any issues or concerns to the host during their stay. Failure to notify us immediately may limit our ability to effectively address these issues promptly and could impact the resolution process, including eligibility for refunds or adjustments post-departure. This policy is strictly enforced. Non-compliance may lead to consequences such as reports of inaccurate reviewing, or restrictions on future bookings.
